Job description

You will serve as a Supervisory Program Manager (Fleet and Family Support Center), Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, in the Family Readiness Department (N91) of Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC).Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to Identify installation needs and concerns and present plans, recommendations, and assistance to correct readiness and retention issues; 2) Adapting analytical techniques and evaluation criteria to measure performance, improve program effectiveness and/or organizational productivity; and 3) Identifying plans and strategies to assist commanders with preventing, identifying, and addressing family readiness challenges to retain unit cohesion, and operational and family readiness; 4) Managing allotted resources to achieve annual budget plans in accordance with chain of command guidance.
