Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Louisville, Georgia.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
  • Documentation must be completed within 24 hours.


Assignment Details

  • Schedule options include 5x8 or 4x10.
  • Monday–Thursday, 9–10 hour days.
  • No weekends required.
  • Primary location is Louisville, with floating required to another location 16 miles north.
  • Expected patient volume is approximately 8–9 patients per day.
  • Evaluation to follow-up ratio is approximately 1:8.
