About the Role

We are seeking a talented Licensed Associate Psychologist to join our team of experienced professionals. As a Licensed Associate Psychologist at BES, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic services to children with ASD and their families. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting our clients in achieving their goals and improving their overall well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and evaluations for children with ASD

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and traditional counseling techniques

  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and effective treatment outcomes

  • Provide psychological services to children, adolescents, and adults with ASD, including behavioral interventions, skill-building, and social skills training

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ASD diagnosis and treatment, and incorporate this knowledge into your work

Education and Experience Requirements 
  • Master’s degree in Psychology is required. 

  • Completion of an internship, preferably APA-accredited. 

  • Possession of (or eligibility for) a license in the state of Maryland. 

  • Experience in assessment and in delivering behavioral and educational interventions for children, adolescents, and young adults. 

  • Skilled in psychological testing administration, interpretation, and diagnosing and treating developmental disabilities.
