Position Summary:
The Medication Aide is responsible for the safe and accurate administration of medications to residents, monitoring their health status, and supporting the nursing team in maintaining residents' well-being.   • Health Monitoring:

    • Measure and record vital signs as needed.
    • Assist with basic healthcare tasks under the supervision of licensed staff.
  • Resident Engagement:
    • Build positive relationships with residents through compassionate care and effective communication.
    • Encourage residents' participation in wellness programs and activities.
  • Safety & Compliance:
    • Follow infection control procedures and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
    • Ensure medication carts, records, and supplies are organized, secure, and well-maintained.
    • Respond promptly to emergency situations and assist with emergency care when necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • Completion of a state-approved Medication Aide training program preferred.
  • Experience:
