Aide/Early Childhood Assistant Teacher - Kindergarten e

Classification: E Evaluated by: Building Principal/Assistant Principal Salary Range: Service Salary Schedule Salary based on experience and education level per Putnam County Board of Education salary schedule plus a competitive benefits package to include: PEIA insurance, retirement, life insurance, and free vision and dental insurance.

Job Description: The Early Childhood Assistant Teacher or Kindergarten e Aide supports the instructional program by performing tasks assigned by the regular classroom teacher.

Qualifications: Holds a high school diploma or GED. Holds "Aide" classification. Possesses strong oral and written communication skills. Holds valid CPR and first aid cards. To qualify for the Early Childhood Assistant Teacher classification, the successful candidate must agree to complete a Temporary or Permanent Authorization endorsed for Early Childhood Assistant Teacher.
