What Youโll Doย
- Keep program quality high by communicating clearly, visiting classrooms, sharing updates, and using evaluation toolsย
- Grow and strengthen our volunteer and partner communityย
- Lead creative recruitment and retention strategies that bring in great volunteers and keep them coming back
- Manage the behindโtheโscenes magic that makes our programs run (scheduling, logistics, delivery models, you name it)
- Host inโperson or virtual trainings that leave volunteers feeling confident and excited
- Keep our database organized and upโtoโdateย
- Gather stories, data, and insights to help in meetings, grants, and reports
- Deliver topโtier customer service to everyone who interacts with our programs

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent experience in education, project management, volunteer coordination, sales, or development
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fastโpaced environment
- Organized, detailโoriented, and motivated
- Comfortable working with diverse groups
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong criticalโthinking and problemโsolving abilities
Preferred
- Experience in nonprofit program management
- Familiarity with the Kโ12 education world
