Job description

eDOC Innovations is seeking a Systems Team Member to support and maintain our internal IT systems and hosted infrastructure. This role works closely with the Manager of Systems and plays a hands-on role in system deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and end-user support across the organization.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with excellent organizational and communication skills. You'll help keep our systems running smoothly while supporting employees, leadership, and core business operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build, deploy, maintain, and monitor Windows-based systems and infrastructure
  • Provide end-user IT support across hardware, software, and cloud platforms
  • Perform system maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring
  • Support hosted solutions and third-party services (email, phone, CRM, and related tools)
  • Manage software licenses, warranties, service agreements, and IT documentation
  • Assist with procurement of hardware and software
  • Develop utilities and automation tools for monitoring and system tasks
  • Support IT communications, service alerts, and system updates
  • Assist with IT training materials and routine staff training
  • Provide after-hours support for planned and unplanned maintenance
  • Act as backup to the Manager of Systems when needed

Required Qualifications
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 (O365)
  • Working knowledge of: Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows environments, end-user systems, servers, networking, and security best practices
  • Experience with scripting and system automation
  • Familiarity with centralized management or remote monitoring tools
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Willingness and ability to learn proprietary eDOC systems
