How you will contribute:

This is a great opportunity to perfect your multitasking and organizing skills by providing administrative support to one or more departments. The position will include processing and preparing professional, error-free reports, paperwork, and correspondence, and weekly time entry review and submittal for the Fire Protection team. Demonstrate your strong attention to detail by entering accurate data to maintain operational databases and tracking systems. Strive to become an instrumental team member by acting as a liaison between other departments and clients. Work alongside team members within the office while providing top-notch customer service. You will be challenged to excel beyond your expectations in a team-oriented environment. This position will support the Fire Protection Shop and be located within it. 

What you need to qualify:

The ideal candidate must have one to three years of prior experience as an Administrative Assistant. Being proficient in Microsoft Office and technically inclined to learn industry-specific software will be essential. You can stand out above other candidates by demonstrating the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment. Being self-sufficient by providing exceptional customer service will be essential. Possessing strong written and verbal communication skills and being able to execute tasks with a great amount of detail will be crucial. Making decisions independently, having in-depth problem-solving skills, and good time management skills will all be necessary in this position.
