CNC Milling Machinist/Operator - A & B Shifts

Location: Brinkman Precision Inc./West Henrietta, NY

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: A & B Shifts

Pay: $20.00 to $35.00/hr. based on experience

About Us: At Brinkman Precision, Inc., we specialize in high-precision machining for industries such as aerospace, medical, defense, and industrial manufacturing. With a reputation for quality and innovation, we are committed to delivering exceptional parts and service to our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Milling Machinist on B Shift to join our growing team.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Primary responsibilities include setup and operations of CNC milling machines
  • Programming experience is a plus
  • High attention to detail and documentation

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in CNC milling, understanding of blue prints and GD&T.
  • Capable of setting up repeat jobs as well as new jobs and prototype development
  • Program writing or editing is desirable
  • Understanding of tooling, part processing and inspection of parts
  • Ability to work well under pressure, to adhere to deadlines and the ability to be flexible
  • Ability to operate assigned equipment safely and efficiently
  • Ability to take direction very well and get along with others
  • Outstanding punctuality and attendance
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • CNC Milling Machinist experience preferred
