Media Production Specialist
Marketing - Sandy, UT
Med One Group, a leader in the medical equipment finance industry for more than 30 years, is seeking a creative, highly skilled, and motivated Media Production Specialist to join our Marketing team.
This role is responsible for producing compelling video and photography content that showcases our products, services, employees, and company culture. From concept development through final delivery, the Media Production Specialist will own the creative process, producing engaging visual content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, YouTube, recruiting, events, internal communications, and brand storytelling.
The ideal candidate has a strong cinematic eye, exceptional storytelling ability, and extensive hands-on experience with professional video production, photography, editing, and motion graphics. This individual is organized, collaborative, self-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment.
Occasional travel is required to capture content at customer locations, company events, and branch offices.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of video production, from pre-production planning, including storyboarding, scripting, and shot lists, through filming, including cinematography, lighting, and audio capture using professional Canon camera equipment.
  • Manage video post-production, including editing, motion graphics, color correction, and sound design, using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Plan and execute professional photography shoots, including setup, lighting, composition, and image editing using Canon camera systems.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to produce high-quality video and photography content for YouTube, websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop compelling visual narratives that effectively communicate Med One Group's brand message, products, services, and value.
  • Create storyboards, motion graphics, on-screen graphics, end screens, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to support marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the Med One Group YouTube channel, including content creation and implementing best practices to increase views, engagement, and subscribers.
  • Organize and maintain video and photography assets on shared servers while optimizing workflows for large video production files.
  • Collaborate with Digital, Creative, and Marketing teams to complete projects within established timelines and production goals.
  • Support video editing, marketing initiatives, and other team-related projects as needed.
  • Communicate effectively, accept constructive feedback, and apply feedback to improve video and photography projects.
  • Maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and self-motivation while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Job Requirements:
  • Professional experience with Canon mirrorless digital cameras, lenses, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Professional experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is a plus.
  • Experience creating and managing content for social media channels is a plus.
