Role Overview We are looking for a Project Manager – Client Services to lead client relationships, manage multiple eDiscovery projects, and deliver high‐quality services. Candidates must reside within a 50‐mile radius of one of the following locations: New York City, Kansas City, Beaverton, or Phoenix. Essential Job Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives and own the service delivery relationship for assigned projects. Drive overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of client deliverables. Work with clients to establish best practices that meet their needs and address prioritization issues. Provide high‐level consultative input to clients and staff, emphasizing advanced analytics and technology‐assisted reviews. Prepare project forecasts and work schedules for assigned projects, and implement them in collaboration with the Client Services Manager. Ensure client and project requirements are met with the highest quality and accuracy by routinely communicating with both the client and internal partners. Manage and report to clients on project budget and financial status. Provide strategic and tactical guidance to deliver Epiq's best practice for Client Services and cross‐functionally within the eDiscovery business unit. Deliver proactive communication with clients and resolve issues or expedite escalation to the Client Services Manager when they arise. Maintain up‐to‐date records of all projects being worked on. Provide substantive oversight to client‐specific projects on a day‐to‐day basis. Demonstrate leadership to both the client and internal partners, delivering project objectives professionally and with high quality. Instill confidence with the client and serve as a primary public face of Epiq's high‐quality service delivery offering. Assist the Client Services Manager in evaluating team bandwidth and delegating tasks internally. Work with the Client Services Manager to assess potential candidates and implement onboarding sessions. Participate and take ownership in Epiq's regional and global initiatives, acting as a representative for the regional location. Identify areas for improvement in internal workflow and projects in a solution‐oriented fashion. Required Qualifications & Characteristics Solid understanding of eDiscovery and the litigation support industry, typically a result of at least4years of experience in project management positions with law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers. Evidence of emerging leadership and staff development skills to motivate staff members and provide professional growth. Demonstrated success in managing multiple simultaneous projects. Strong oral and written communication skills, providing a confident leadership presence. Excellent client relationship skills, proactively managing client expectations and adapting company capabilities to meet client requirements. Solid understanding of database design and management, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements. Demonstrated ability to control all aspects of a project from initial planning through final production; develop project plans; balance overall client requirements; develop relationships; and review financial and billing information in a timely manner. #LI-TP1 Compensation The compensation range for this role is $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
