Job description

THE ROLE

Every deal that closes in a channel-driven business still has to become an accurate, bookable order and that's where this role lives. You'll sit at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Operations, and our channel partners, making sure purchase orders match what was actually sold before they hit the books. Beyond day-to-day order review, you'll help modernize how Order Management works: spotting process gaps, contributing to automation, and building the tools and documentation that let the team scale.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own order accuracy from opportunity to booking, validating purchase orders against Salesforce quotes and opportunities for pricing, configuration, currency, and reference-field alignment
  • Keep deals moving by partnering with Sales, Sales Ops, Finance, Operations, and Channel Partners to resolve discrepancies and communicate order status in real time
  • Educate internal teams and partners on order policies and booking requirements, catching issues at the PO review stage before they cause delays
  • Drive process improvement across Order Management: identifying manual bottlenecks, updating documentation and reporting, and contributing to automation initiatives
  • Help evaluate and adopt new tools and system capabilities that raise order quality and improve the partner and customer experience
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Lehi, UT office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Hands-on fluency with Salesforce and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), with the judgment to catch discrepancies between a purchase order, quote, and opportunity before they become booking delays
  • Comfort working within a channel-driven sales model, including experience handling customer or partner purchase orders
  • Sharp attention to detail and a track record of maintaining accuracy under shifting deadlines and non-routine requests
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to drive issue resolution professionally across Sales, Finance, and Operations
  • A demonstrated eye for process improvement. You've helped standardize a workflow, streamline reporting, or push an automation or modernization effort forward
