Position Summary

The Order Processing Specialist is a critical member of the Sales Planning team, a six-person department dedicated to ensuring all orders are placed to meet the expectations of our dealers while working within company policies. This role serves as a quality control checkpoint, verifying that all incoming orders comply with active sales promotions before release. The specialist collaborates with the Sales Operations team to investigate and resolve order discrepancies, and coordinates with the Scheduling department to ensure orders are scheduled and released as expected.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Review all incoming DTPOs for integrity, accuracy, and completeness
  • Verify order compliance with sales promotion terms and conditions
  • Maintain organized and accurate order records and supporting documentation
  • Archive relevant sales order data electronically via Docuware
  • Respond to Management requests for ad hoc information utilizing available data resources
  • Provide timely and professional support to internal teams regarding order-related inquiries
  • Assist with process improvements and documentation updates relating to order entry workflows

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related degree required or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of trucking industry experience desired
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely and collaborate effectively with a wide variety of people and functions
  • Proven ability to gather and analyze information to resolve problems efficiently; capable of managing multiple time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with practical experience using MS Excel to read, manipulate, and analyze data; familiarity with Smartsheet and SQL preferred

The salary range for the Order Processing Administrator position is $62,000–$93,000 annually. This position is also eligible for a holiday gift.
