As the successful candidate, you will be expected to work collaboratively with trading partners to ensure the continuous and accurate exchange of electronic business documents.Your additional responsibilities as EDI Developer include:
  • Partner closely with trading partners to understand EDI requirements, coordinating joint planning and implementation efforts across all stakeholders
  • Analyze trading partner specifications and design effective EDI solutions using mapping tools, SAP integration, and custom development when needed
  • Support daily EDI transaction exchanges to ensure accurate, timely data flow and uninterrupted business operations
  • Diagnose and resolve EDI production issues by identifying root causes and implementing lasting corrective actions
  • Create and maintain clear, detailed documentation and standard procedures for EDI workflows to support consistency and operational reliability
Skills/ Requirements

  • 3–4 years of hands‑on experience with EDI mapping and communication protocols
  • 3–4 years of experience working with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator
  • 3–4 years of SAP IDoc development and integration experience
  • 3–4 years of experience in XML development and data transformation
  • Strong understanding of EDI standards, including ANSI X12 and EDIFACT
  • Hands‑on EDI mapping experience in a manufacturing or retail environment
  • Experience working with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator
  • Experience supporting core EDI transactions, including X12 850, 855, 856, and 810
  • SAP IDoc experience with ORDERS, DELVRY, and INVOIC
  • Basic understanding of computer communications and integrations, including FTP, AS1, AS2, and network file sharing
  • Familiarity with SAP document flows and EDI/SAP error handling processes
  • Additional X12, EDIFACT, or VDA transaction experience
