Work Environment

Located in picturesque Centreville, Virginia, our outpatient office provides a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for both patients and staff. As part of a collaborative team under a shared commitment to excellence, you will work onsite, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and resources to facilitate an optimal healing environment. Enjoy a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week, allowing for a work-life balance while fulfilling your professional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Implement and administer a range of therapeutic interventions, utilizing advanced techniques in line with evidence-based practices.
• Provide education to patients and their families about recovery protocols, exercises, and the role of physical therapy in their treatment plan.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes through comprehensive care approaches.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal recovery and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and clinic protocols.
• Engage in community outreach and wellness programs to promote physical health and rehabilitation services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients include those recovering from orthopedic surgery, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and general rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

• Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy to practice in Virginia.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective patient education and collaboration with the healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic, pediatric, and sports medicine physical therapy is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and rehabilitation documentation protocols.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to establish rapport with patients.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning in physical therapy trends and techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
