100% Onsite(5 days in a Week)

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

•              Minimum 15 years practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery

•              Minimum 3 years in a senior lead role either directly or indirectly leading a team of SAP professionals

•              Undergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related equivalent

•              Hands on functional experience working in the following SAP applications/modules: S/4HANA, TM, IM, EWM, LE

•              Proven track record of successful SAP implementations as a Functional Lead/Lead Architect

•              History of designing complex SAP solutions to enable unique business processes

•              Experience in SAP development estimation and using best practices in SAP solution delivery

•              Strategic and flexible thinker who can implement timely and workable solutions in a developing and dynamic environment

•              Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including strong presentation 

skills with experience presenting and fielding questions from senior leaders

•              Ability to interact with all levels of business stakeholders, from executive to field staff

•              Willingness to learn, teach, and share information with teammates, peers, management, and users

•              Outcome driven     

Roles & Responsibilities

•              Own and drive SAP solutions to support Nutrien Schedule to Deliver business function

•              Work either individually or alongside functional architects and analysts to design and implement SAP solutions that meet business requirements, follow SAP best practice, and enrich the user experience

•              Determine the optimal approach to develop and deliver required functionality from financial, architectural, operational perspectives

•              Ensure integrity of all solutions in the Schedule to Deliver space through appropriate testing and quality assurance practices

•              Responsible for working with, and providing direction to, 3rd party providers on SAP initiatives

•              Work with senior business leaders to facilitate the business strategy with technology by developing a deep understanding of strategy, process, and business needs

•              Host and drive interactive working sessions with business stakeholders to achieve solution alignment such as blue printing, business confirmation, or testing workshops

•              Assist with the prioritization of demand items in the S2D space

•              Directly involved in optimized SAP solution delivery, both planning and execution

•              Functional own the end-to-end process to ensure that all the enhancements, defects are functionally reviewed and validated and approved

•              Hands on experience in driving functional changes as required

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

 •             Minimum 3 years in a senior lead role either directly or indirectly leading a team of SAP professionals

 •             Work either individually or alongside functional architects and analysts to design 

and implement SAP solutions that meet business requirements, follow SAP best practice, and 

enrich the user experience
