Position: PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Edenbrook Sheboygan, a skilled nursing facility in the Eden Senior Care Network, is now hiring a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA )to provide rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations!

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate resident progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; instruct resident's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
  • Provides treatment to patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist
  • Instructs families and staff in maintenance programs as directed by the Occupational Therapist
  • Communicates with supervisor and other interdisciplinary team members regarding patient progress, problems, and plans
  • Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
