Position Overview


The Online Sales Consultant (OSC) is the first point of contact for prospective home buyers across all marketing channels. When someone sees our billboard, visits our website, calls from an ad, or fills out a web formyou're the person they connect with first. Your primary responsibility is to engage prospects quickly, qualify their needs, and schedule appointments for them to visit our communities and meet with our Sales Consultants.

This is a fast-paced, high-energy role focused on converting inbound inquiries into scheduled community visits. You'll handle phone calls, emails, texts, web chat, and social media inquiries throughout the day.


Employment Type: Full-Time


What You'll Do


  • Answer phone calls, emails, web forms, texts, live chat, and social media inquiries from all marketing channels
  • Respond to new leads within 5 minutes
  • Qualify prospects through strategic questioning about needs, timeline, and budget
  • Schedule appointments for prospects to visit communities and meet with Sales Consultants
  • Follow up persistently to convert inquiries into scheduled visits
  • Document detailed prospect information in CRM system (Lasso)
  • Confirm appointments and send reminders to maximize show rates
  • Create enthusiasm and urgency about visiting our communities
  • Handle 30-50+ inquiries and set 8-12+ appointments per day


What You'll Need


Experience:


  • 2+ years in inside sales, appointment setting, or high-volume customer service
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Real estate or home-building background a plus

  • Strong listening and rapport-building ability
