Job Requirements

You're Our Ideal Candidate If You Have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (required)
  • A current North Dakota RN license (or compact state)
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience in an Emergency Department setting
  • A proven track record in education or precepting (teaching experience required!)
  • Passion for adult learning and a knack for making complex information engaging.
  • BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 480 hours)
  • A drive for professional development, including pursuing or maintaining a nursing certification.
