Location: New York, NY 10019
Duration: 5+ Months
Hours per Week: 35
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite at the client’s office in New York; subject to change)
Travel: Up to 25%

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Training Specialist to join our User Enablement team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and refining training programs that support user adoption and maximize the effectiveness of Microsoft Dynamics and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with stakeholders to assess training needs and develop tailored learning solutions.

  • Facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions, focusing on effective use of Microsoft Dynamics across user roles.

  • Serve as the go-to resource for Dynamics-related questions, providing guidance and troubleshooting support.

  • Maintain and regularly update a SharePoint site with training materials, documentation, FAQs, and product updates.

  • Manage communication related to Dynamics, including feature releases, best practices, and system alerts.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through user feedback and adjust content and delivery methods accordingly.

  • Utilize generative AI tools—such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT—to enhance learning content, training processes, and user productivity.

  • Act as the internal subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics and promote its efficient use across the organization.

Required Qualifications:
  • 2–3 years of experience in training, instructional design, or a similar role.

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics.

  • Proficiency in SharePoint, Office 365, and tools for creating learning content (e.g., PowerPoint, Articulate, Camtasia).

  • Proven ability to deliver impactful training sessions both virtually and onsite.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global team environment.
