We are seeking a Human Capital Management (HCM) Training Specialist to join our team. This role will involve supporting agencies in the implementation of talent solutions, with a specific focus on talent acquisition support and performance management programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering training, HR systems, data analysis, and program administration, with a passion for human resources and workforce development.

Job Title: Human Capital Management (HCM) Training Specialist
Location: Atlanta, GA 30334, (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:

  • Deliver training and content related to the human resources information system Workday (GA@WORK).
  • Provide training and resources to agency recruiters on talent pool optimization, internship programs, interviewing, hiring best practices, and Workday recruiting processes.
  • Research training best practices to support continuous program improvement.
  • Analyze Workday-related data and create reports and presentations.
  • Maintain and update training materials, exercises, and exams to reflect best practices, policy/process/system changes, and student feedback.
  • Conduct instructor-led virtual and in-person training sessions.
  • Utilize systems training environments and tools for student activities.
  • Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) maintenance and administration.
  • Respond to requests from stakeholders.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience delivering training through in-person, online, virtual, and multimedia methods (2+ years).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across all audience levels.
  • Program management and administration skills (organization, task management, detail orientation).
  • Aptitude for learning and using technology for training design and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Some travel may be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED and three (3) years of human resources-related experience; OR one (1) year of experience at the lower-level HR Specialist 2 or equivalent.
  • Equivalent combinations of education, experience, training, or certifications may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Optimization, or other Workday modules within an HR department as an administrator or trainer (1+ year).
  • HRIS systems training experience (1+ year).
