What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Ecvc?

I'm sorry, but 'Ecvc' does not appear to be a recognized real-world professional occupation, so I cannot provide an accurate response.

What are some common challenges faced by an Ecvc and how can they be addressed?

One of the main challenges faced by Electric Vehicle Charging Technicians is keeping up with rapidly changing technology and safety standards in the EV industry. Technicians must frequently update their knowledge of new charging systems, software updates, and electrical codes. Another common challenge is troubleshooting complex installation or maintenance issues on-site, often requiring problem-solving skills and collaboration with other professionals, such as electricians and site managers.
