  • Integrate and troubleshoot autonomy/ADAS software components (e.g., perception and planning) on target controllers and in vehicle test setups to achieve stable, repeatable behavior
  • Debug and triage complex issues spanning software, hardware, and cross-ECU communications; ensure fixes are driven to the responsible owners and validated
  • Define and align integration milestones and deliverables with platform owners, system architects, and vehicle programs; identify gaps and proactively drive resolution
  • Support early integration learning cycles using prototype or concept-vehicle environments when applicable to de-risk SDV 0.1 delivery
  •

  • Provide technical and execution leadership to a team of senior engineers; plan and track scope, timelines, resources, and technical dependencies across integration streams
  • Lead technical reviews, integration workshops, and issue-resolution sessions; manage risks, trade-offs, and quality impacts; escalate with clear options and recommendations when needed

Integration Automation & Validation Enablement (20%)

  • Build, maintain, and evolve integration test benches and configurations (including rest-bus simulation) and enable reproducible test execution
  • Convert manual integration checks into automated tests where feasible and enable continuous regression in SIL/HIL and lab environments
  • Leverage existing CI/CD and test environments across RVT and VWG to accelerate build/integration/validation cycles and reduce manual effort

Interface & Stakeholder Management (10%)

  • Serve as a key interface between US and German stakeholders across ADAS, SDV platform, systems engineering, and vehicle programs
  • Structure communication, decision-making, and technical alignment forums; translate platform goals into actionable integration plans and provide transparent status reporting
