Job description

Federal Work Study - Music Library Assistants

ECU Libraries is currently seeking Music Library Student Assistants to assist patrons by:

  • answering basic directional questions
  • directing patrons to the on-line catalog
  • referring reference questions to a full-time staff member
  • searching for missing items & pulling interlibrary loan materials
  • checking items in and out
  • shelving materials
  • answering and transferring telephone calls
  • shelf-reading, shelf straightening, and special projects

GPA Requirement: Minimum of 2.0

Special Instructions to Applicant: Please upload your Resume and Federal Work Study Authorization Form online. To be eligible for federal work study positions, students must qualify and receive an award from the ECU Financial Aid Office.
