Transform How We Manage Customer Relationships Globally

URUS is building a global CRM ecosystem to create a unified view of our customers, strengthen commercial execution, and support future growth across a diverse portfolio of businesses.

We're seeking a Senior Product Manager, CRM to lead this transformation. This role will define the CRM vision, strategy, and roadmap while driving implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement across a global, multi-brand organization.

This is a unique opportunity to build a foundational business capability from the ground up and shape how customer relationships are managed across the enterprise.

What You'll Own

  • Define and execute the CRM product strategy and roadmap

  • Lead a global CRM transformation centered on Salesforce, with integration to platforms such as HubSpot

  • Partner with commercial, marketing, finance, and operational leaders to align business needs and priorities

  • Translate business objectives into scalable product capabilities and user experiences

  • Drive adoption, governance, and change management to establish CRM as the trusted source of customer information

  • Collaborate with implementation partners and internal teams to deliver phased releases and ongoing enhancements

  • Measure success through adoption, business outcomes, and continuous product improvement

What You'll Bring

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, CRM, enterprise systems, or related disciplines

  • Experience leading CRM implementations, digital transformations, or large-scale business technology initiatives

  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills

  • Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product solutions

Preferred

  • Salesforce experience, including Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud

  • Experience with HubSpot or marketing automation platforms

  • Experience operating within multi-brand or global organizations

  • Familiarity with CRM automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and modern customer engagement platforms

  • Experience driving organizational adoption and change management

Work Environment

This role may be based remotely or in a hybrid environment depending on location. Periodic travel is expected to support workshops, stakeholder alignment, and global implementation activities.
