We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Economic Mobility Counselor to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized counseling to clients seeking to improve their economic stability and achieve financial goals

- Assess clients' financial situations, including income, expenses, debts, and assets

- Develop tailored action plans to help clients improve budgeting, savings, credit management, and employment opportunities

- Connect clients with community resources, job training programs, and financial education services

- Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure sustainable economic mobility

- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation

- Collaborate with community organizations, employers, and other stakeholders to support client success

- Stay informed about current economic trends, social services, and relevant policies affecting clients

Requirements

 Skills and Qualifications:
