Treasury Manager (m/w/d)

Die Refinanzierung unserer weltweiten Factoringaktivitäten steuern wir vollständig zentral aus Deutschland – auf zwei Säulen: bilaterale und syndizierte Kreditlinien sowie strukturierte Kapitalmarkttransaktionen in Form von Asset-Backed Securities (ABS). Währungsrisiken werden durch eine konsequent währungsrisikoneutrale Struktur ausgeschlossen; Zins- oder Devisenhedging kommen derzeit nicht zum Einsatz. Für unser Group Treasury suchen wir eine analytisch starke Persönlichkeit, die Freude an Kapitalmarktstrukturen, Kreditdokumentation und internationalem Finanzmanagement hat.

Responsibilities
  • Verantwortung für die gruppenweite Refinanzierung unseres Geschäfts, einschließlich der Betreuung bilateraler und syndizierter Kreditlinien, Covenant‑Monitoring sowie bankseitigem Reporting
  • Operative Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von ABS‑ und Structured‑Finance‑Transaktionen, inklusive Performance‑Analysen, Investor Reporting und Transaktionsstrukturierung
  • Durchführung quantitativer Analysen, Cashflow‑Modellierungen und Szenario‑Rechnungen zur Unterstützung von Finanzierungs‑ und Strukturierungsentscheidungen
  • Eigenständige Zusammenarbeit mit Banken, Investoren, Transaktionsanwälten und internen Stakeholdern im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld
  • Mitwirkung an Treasury‑Projekten sowie der Weiterentwicklung von Treasury‑Systemen, Refinanzierungsinstrumenten und Finanzprozessen
Qualifications
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise und Freude an komplexen Zahlen, Strukturen und Verträgen
  • Hohes Maß an Präzision – insbesondere im Umgang mit Transaktionsdokumentationen und Investorenreports/‑kommunikation
  • Kommunikationsstärke und verhandlungssicheres Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Partnern
  • Eigeninitiative, Hands‑on‑Mentalität und Bereitschaft, schrittweise Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel
Experience
  • 3‑5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Treasury
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis des Kreditgeschäfts: Strukturen, Vertragsdokumentation, Covenant‑Logiken, Kreditrisikoanalyse
  • Interesse an ABS/Structured Finance – erste Berührungspunkte aus Studium, Praktikum oder erster Berufstätigkeit willkommen
  • Grundkenntnisse Finanzmathematik: Cashflow‑Modellierung, Szenario‑Analyse
Education
  • Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finance, Banking, Mathematik o.Ä.
  • Alternativ bankspezifische Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation
Languages
  • Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse
