  • Monitor data quality and ensure staff meet reporting deadlines.
  • Prepare site-level reports, updates, and documentation as required by leadership.

  • Ensure youth receive appropriate services, referrals, and support based on their needs and program requirements.
  • Address concerns, conflicts, or barriers that impact participation or progress.

Community & Partner Collaboration
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for community partners, schools, referral sources, and collaborating agencies.
  • Represent Xiente professionally at meetings, events, and community functions.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships that enhance program resources and opportunities for youth.

Site Operations & Administration

  • Ensure the site meets safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards at all times.
  • Manage site-level budgets, petty cash, and resource allocation as directed.

  • Lead crisis response and ensure staff follow safety protocols and reporting procedures.
  • Maintain a trauma-informed, youth-centered approach to conflict resolution and behavior management.
  • Ensure all incidents are documented and communicated according to policy.

Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor program quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to strengthen engagement, outcomes, and overall site performance.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support audits, evaluations, and quality assurance processes.

Requirements
