Director of Business Development (Mechanical / Electrical Construction) – Phoenix, AZ - Role pays up to $250k

Elite Executive Solutions is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Director of Business Development to drive growth and expand market presence for a growing mechanical and electrical construction organization in the Phoenix, Arizona market.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a proven construction business development professional with established relationships and a strong understanding of the mechanical, electrical, and MEP construction industry.

The ideal candidate understands how to identify opportunities, develop long-term client relationships, position the organization for strategic pursuits, and convert relationships into profitable new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the organization's presence throughout the Phoenix and Arizona markets.
  • Identify and pursue new mechanical, electrical, and MEP construction opportunities.
