The Economic Consultant is responsible for independently managing consulting engagements and delivering economic analysis that helps clients solve complex business and workforce challenges. This role conducts economic and labor market research, applies quantitative and econometric techniques, and develops data-driven recommendations that support client decision-making.
Working directly with clients, the Economic Consultant manages multiple projects simultaneously, presents research findings, and contributes to proposal development and thought leadership initiatives. This position requires strong analytical skills, sound professional judgment, and the ability to translate complex economic concepts into practical business insights
- Conduct independent research on local, regional, and national economic and labor market issues.Â
- Collect, analyze, validate, and interpret quantitative data to support consulting engagements.Â
- Apply forecasting techniques, econometric methods, and economic models to address client business and workforce challenges.Â
- Develop data-driven recommendations based on research findings and economic analysis.Â
- Prepare reports, presentations, and consulting deliverables for technical and executive audiences.Â

Requirements
