Job Summary
We are seeking an eCommerce Sales Manager to join our team! As our eCommerce Manager, you will take charge of our online storefront, analyzing customer data and habits, optimizing the overall sales experience on the sites, and implementing strategies to drive sales and growth. Y. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience managing an online storefront, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of online shopping, marketing, and ecommerce in general. 

Responsibilities 
  • Create and maintain posts on multiple eCommerce platforms
  • Ensure store content is appealing and user friendly
  • Collect and analyze customer data, buying habits, and feedback
  • Implement new changes, major or minor, to the online sales platform to improve the customer experience
  • Maintain accurate online store inventory
  • Administer reserch on products value to create competive listings
  • Work closely with other teams to optimize the sales experience
  • Create and present reports on sales metrics and changes
