Job description

The E-Commerce Operations Analyst / Associate will be responsible for maintenance and execution of ecommerce activities, including supporting the day to day ecommerce operations and as well as assisting in accounting / bookkeeping and inventory management.

This position assists the team in the management and growth of our marketplace channels including Amazon as well as our dropship partnerships with Fortune 500 retailers, maintenance of our B2B/Drop Ship platforms, working with Customer Support, Order Management, Logistics, and internal management to support business operations.


Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist in management and execution of order fulfillment
  • Assist in reconciling and auditing payments and invoices for third-party vendors and sales channel partners
  • Management of customer service for B2C and B2B/Drop Ship sales channels
  • Assist in account management and product listing duties (strong grammar and writing skills required)

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Business Management
  • Min 3 years of experience within operations and/or accounting roles
  • Prior experience with an ecommerce business (incl. any familiarity with ShipStation platform)
  • Proficient in Quickbooks Online
  • Strong skills in Microsoft suite, including Excel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills in addition to project management experience
  • Ability to deal with complex situations.
  • Financial acumen – ability to reconcile accounts receivables with payments received from sales partners
