Location: Hybrid, TX

Duration: C2H

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a hands-on Front-End Engineering to lead the next wave of digital experience. You’ll own the customer-facing experience across eCommerce, web platforms, front-end architecture, personalization, and innovation initiatives. This is a rare opportunity to lead with both vision and code—bridging modern web development, scalable infrastructure, and innovative user experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Own front-end architecture across platforms including eCommerce (Shopify+), CMS, customer portals, and mobile web
  • Direct innovation across personalization, dynamic content, customer interaction, and next-gen UI/UX

  • Architect and code responsive interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks

  • Lead integration with backend systems and APIs (working with other internal dev partners)

  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in product, technology, and marketing to define and deliver new experiences.

  • Identify new tools, technologies, and methods to elevate our speed and quality of innovation.

  • Oversee design system development, A/B testing infrastructure, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.

  • Code/configure pages, forms and workflows for campaign landing pages, lead gen, shopping cart abandonment etc.

  • Mentor and build a high-performing front-end team over time.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience building advanced web and mobile experiences across multiple stacks. You’re a curious, code ninja.
  • Expert-level skills in front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS, new frameworks etc.)

  • Experience developing personalization and innovation initiatives in digital commerce or digital product environments.

  • Expert at shopify+ as well as API integrations

  • Experience in dev ops processes and implementation

  • Deep understanding of performance tuning, accessibility, mobile-first design, and testing frameworks

  • Deep understanding of coding for SEO quality

  • History of building from scratch and scaling modern front-end environments

  • Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, CMS (e.g., shopify +, HubSpot, WordPress), and cloud platforms

  • Proven leadership in innovation and digital transformation

  • International/Canada experience a plus

  • Agency and/or consulting experience is a plus.
