This role is for a CMS Engineer focused on providing exceptional technical support in a collaborative environment. The engineer will work closely with clients to troubleshoot networking issues, specifically utilizing Cisco Meraki and Office 365, while ensuring top-tier customer service. This position emphasizes proactive communication and in-depth problem-solving skills, making a significant impact on client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Cisco Meraki networking solutions, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Office 365 issues, assisting clients with their technical challenges efficiently.
  • Deliver desktop support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues to maintain productivity.
  • Communicate proactively with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information for effective troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, Managed Service Provider environment to deliver high-quality service.
