This position will not be at Arlington Hurtado BBQ and will instead be at 801 Stadium Dr Suite 105 Arlington TX 76011. The location is about 5 minutes away from Arlington Hurtado BBQ.

We are seeking a Commerce Operations Manager to lead our growing e-commerce and merchandise distribution. Based in our Arlington suite right next to Globe Life Field, you will take ownership of our entire fulfillment ecosystem—from supply chain strategy and crew management to final order delivery—ensuring every package reflects our commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fulfillment & Logistics Oversight: Direct daily pick, pack, and ship operations, coordinating product pickups, deliveries, and external shipping partner relationships to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Supply Chain & Inventory Management: Oversee end-to-end e-commerce supply chains, conducting regular audits to ensure clean, accurate, and highly organized warehouse operations.
  • Process & SOP Optimization: Build, document, and implement detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) to establish consistency and prevent daily surprises.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and lead the e-commerce crew; foster open, direct coaching communications while managing team performance.
  • Data & Forecasting Analytics: Monitor operational metrics and sales data to proactively forecast inventory needs, supply orders, and staffing requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Warehouse/Logistics Experience: 3+ years managing warehouse, shipping, or e-commerce fulfillment operations.
  • Restaurant/Hospitality Leadership: 2+ years of restaurant or food-service management experience strongly preferred (Food Manager Certification required due to handling food products).
  • Administrative & Tech Proficiency: Strong experience building spreadsheets, documentation, workflow systems, and functional SOPs.
  • Supply Chain Skills: Proven background managing vendor relationships, supply procurement, and inventory analysis.
  • Leadership Style: Excellent coaching and interpersonal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to hold teams accountable.
  • Attributes: High organizational skills, extreme thoroughness, grit, determination, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Work Environment & Location

  • Location: Arlington, TX (Adjacent to Globe Life Field)
  • Format: Primary on-site execution at our fulfillment facility with occasional off-site duties/remote administrative flexibility as operational needs permit.
