Job description

Are you looking for more?
At Mohawk Industries, we're committed to more - more customer solutions, more process improvements, more sustainable manufacturing and more opportunities for our team.
As a Fortune 500, global flooring leader with some of the best-known brands in the industry, Mohawk is a great place to start or develop your career with an emphasis on more of what's important to you. Whether you want to lead more, innovate more, learn more or create more, you can find your more with Mohawk.
What we need:
Mohawk Industries is looking for a highly motivated and analytically minded E-Commerce Manager to join our Home Center team. This role sits at the intersection of channel execution and strategic intelligence - offering the opportunity to shape how one of the world's leading flooring brands competes and wins in the digital marketplace. Reporting directly to the Director of Ecommerce, roughly half of your time will be devoted to hands-on channel management across Amazon, Wayfair, and other Pure Play customers, while the other half will focus on building and sustaining a digital category intelligence practice that informs decisions across our most important Home Center partners. This is the right role for someone who is energized by data, skilled at translating insights into action, and motivated by the opportunity to support a meaningful P&L in partnership with the Home Center organization.
What you'll do:
Amazon/Wayfair/Pure Click - Channel Management (approx. 50%)
• Identify ecommerce whitespace opportunities and build the business case with Product teams to invest in those opportunities, leveraging market data and consumer demand signals to inform assortment recommendations.
• Collaborate with PMO and Product teams on the ideation and staged launch of ecommerce-exclusive items, serving as the digital voice to ensure new pure-click SKUs are shelf-ready, competitively priced, and set up for meaningful commercial impact.
• Own the end-to-end product experience on Amazon/Wayfair, including onboarding new SKUs, optimizing content, and ensuring catalog accuracy and completeness across all relevant categories.
• Develop and execute pricing and promotional strategies across channels - leveraging a shared assortment to maintain brand integrity and margin targets while maximizing visibility, conversion, and competitive positioning on each platform.
• Monitor and report on channel KPIs including sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates.
• Maintain a working understanding of each retailer's algorithms, content requirements, and promotional mechanics to inform ongoing strategy.
Digital Category Intelligence (approx. 50%)
• Establish and own a digital category intelligence framework - powered by Stackline and other data sources - that tracks competitive activity, pricing dynamics, assortment trends, and category growth across Home Depot, Lowe's, and Amazon, spanning Hard Surface, Soft Surface, and Accessories within a billion-dollar-plus Home Center business.
• Build and maintain a structured reporting cadence that translates data into clear, narrative-driven insights - arming internal stakeholders and the Home Center sales team with the category and competitive intelligence needed to prioritize growth opportunities and defend share.
• Design and own a pricing intelligence tracker that monitors competitor pricing in real time, flags meaningful shifts, and supports proactive pricing decisions.
• Track and analyze new product launches by key competitors, identifying assortment gaps and potential threats to Mohawk's market position.
• Monitor competitor review velocity, ratings, and sentiment as competitive intelligence inputs - recognizing that review signals are an increasingly important factor in AI-driven product recommendations and digital shelf visibility.
What you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • 6-8 years' relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.

What you're good at:
• 4-7+ years of e-commerce experience, with meaningful, hands-on e-commerce experience required (Vendor Central preferred).
• Proven ability to build reporting frameworks and communicate insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with competitive intelligence, category analysis, or digital shelf analytics strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Stackline or comparable digital shelf and category intelligence platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work fluently in Excel or similar tools; experience with ecommerce reporting dashboards a plus.
• Clear, confident communicator - both written and verbal - with the ability to present findings to senior leadership.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• You are genuinely curious about the flooring digital retail landscape, and you stay close to how the major platforms are evolving.
• You bring a merchant's instinct - you use data to understand what drives the consumer decision, and you use that perspective to inform everything from content to pricing.
• You show up as a team player - willing to roll up your sleeves and support wherever you're needed to move the business forward.
