Job description

$80,000 - $100,000 a year
Ecommerce Creative Specialist
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're a growing ecommerce business with multiple consumer brands and digital channels. Our marketing teams create great campaign content, but digital marketing moves fast, and we need someone who can fill the gaps.
The In-House eCommerce Creative Specialist is the visual production engine of our ecommerce department. You'll edit (w/ some production) the digital assets that keep our paid ads, email campaigns, and websites performing by delivering banners, ad resizes, lifestyle edits, email headers, UGC-style video clips, and everything in between.
This isn't a brand steward role. It's a production role. You understand that "good enough, live" beats "perfect, stuck in review," and you know how to work within brand guidelines while moving at a digital marketing pace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Digital Asset Production
• Create digital-first assets including paid social ads, display banners, email headers, landing page graphics, and product callouts.
• Resize and reformat campaign assets from creative teams to fit digital specifications across Meta, Google, email, and web.
• Produce lifestyle edits from existing product photography, including cropping, retouching, and color grading for an authentic, on-brand look.
• Build short-form video content and animated assets for paid social and organic use, including Reels, TikTok-style clips, and GIF ads.
Brand Support
• Step in when creative teams don't deliver requested assets on time by producing workable alternatives independently.
• Maintain a working knowledge of each brand's visual identity, tone, and customer profile to create on-brand work with minimal oversight.
• Build and maintain a shared asset library of evergreen digital templates.
Collaboration & Workflow
• Partner with Digital Marketing and Paid Media teams to understand campaign needs and asset deadlines.
• Attend weekly eCommerce planning meetings to stay ahead of upcoming promotions and launches.
• Flag asset gaps early. If a campaign is launching in five days and creative hasn't delivered, you're the one raising the alarm and helping solve the problem.
WHAT YOU BRING
Required
• 2 to 4 years of experience producing digital content in a fast-paced environment. Agency, in-house brand, or eCommerce experience preferred.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite. Photoshop and Premiere Pro are non-negotiable. Illustrator and After Effects are strong pluses.
• Comfort working in Canva or Figma for quick-turn template work.
• Understanding of digital ad specifications across Meta, Google Display, and email platforms.
• A portfolio demonstrating range across still graphics, photo editing, and video or motion work.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Apparel and footwear experience strongly preferred. You understand how lifestyle brands communicate visually.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
Nice to Have
• Basic knowledge of Shopify or other ecommerce CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with email platforms such as Klaviyo and an understanding of how creative assets are built into campaigns, not just designed.
• Light UGC creation experience or comfort appearing on camera for product demonstrations or lifestyle content.
