Job description

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal teams to support eCommerce and Digital Voucher programs for a portfolio of customers.
  • Set up and maintain customer programs in Microsoft D365, Sana Commerce, and other digital platforms.
  • Create and manage trade agreements, customer assortments, pricing, and program entitlements.
  • Set up and maintain Digital Voucher programs, including participant eligibility, access, and program updates.
  • Upload and maintain customer, contact, and employee information.
  • Manage product content, including images, descriptions, and program-specific information.
  • Conduct customer demonstrations and presentations highlighting Mark's Commercial digital solutions.
  • Provide onboarding, training, and support to new customers and users.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide support to customers, sales teams, and Customer Service.
  • Communicate program updates, changes, and issue resolutions to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate program documentation and ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in an office/administrative setting
  • Strong Computer Skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Efficient and adaptable with excellent all-round administrative abilities
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, being proactive and flexible
  • Strong in organization and time management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with Mark's Commercial systems and processes an asset
  • Bilingual (French/English) considered an asset
  • Office Administration Certificate or equivalent

Our typical hiring range is between 38,000 and 50,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
