Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our product offerings. In this role, you will be responsible for defining product vision, conducting market research, and driving initiatives that align with customer needs and business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to bring innovative products to market. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of market trends, user behavior, and product lifecycle management. Experience in fintech or technology-driven environments is highly preferred.

Requirements

Market Research & Analysis

    • Identify customer needs and market trends through research and data analysis.
    • Assess market competition and benchmark company products against competitors.
    • Provide insights for product marketing communication objectives.

Product Strategy & Development

    • Recommend scope and direction for current and future product lines.
    • Analyze proposed product requirements and development programs.
    • Prepare ROI analyses and establish timelines with engineering teams.

Go-to-Market & Growth

    • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop strategies for market share growth.

Must Haves:

    • Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint management.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
