We are seeking professional and service-oriented Customer Service Representatives to support a leading financial services organization. In this fully remote role, you will assist policyholders, professionals, and business owners by answering questions, providing account support, processing policy updates, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Whether supporting educators, veterinarians, or internal claims operations, you'll play a critical role in helping customers navigate important insurance-related needs while working in a collaborative and customer-centric environment.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, process account updates, maintain accurate documentation, and resolve inquiries related to insurance policies, billing, coverage, and account information.

Multiple openings are available across several teams, providing opportunities to leverage your customer service, administrative, and problem-solving skills in a professional financial services environment.

Support teachers and education professionals by assisting with:

• Policy and account questions
• Beneficiary updates
• Address and contact information changes
• Policy changes related to life events
• Technical and online account support
• General customer service inquiries

Key Details:

• Primarily inbound call environment
• Average call length: approximately 6 minutes
• Approximately 45 calls per day
• No sales responsibilities
• Occasional outbound calls to return voicemails or customer follow-up requests
• Utilize Salesforce, SharePoint, Five9, and internal systems

Support veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and related professionals by assisting with:

• Insurance policy updates and verification
• Customer record maintenance
• Data cleanup and profile verification projects
• Policy renewal preparation
• Customer outreach and information validation

• Significant focus on data verification and documentation accuracy
• Outbound customer contact for account updates and profile validation
• High-volume data management and record maintenance
• Strong attention to detail required

Provide administrative assistance supporting claims operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Updating claim records
• Processing documentation
• Supporting claims representatives
• Maintaining accurate electronic files
• Assisting with customer and carrier communications

• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Make outbound calls when necessary to follow up on customer requests and outstanding issues.
• Process policy changes, account updates, and customer requests accurately.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation within CRM and customer management systems.
• Research and resolve customer concerns related to coverage, billing, claims, and account information.
• Collaborate with internal teams, carriers, and business partners to resolve issues.
• Meet established service levels, quality standards, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Support departmental initiatives and operational projects as needed.
• Maintain compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Previous call center, contact center, customer support, or service-related experience preferred.

7:00 AM CST - 6:00 PM CST

Schedules will be assigned within operational business hours.

This is a Contract position based out of Appleton, WI.

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
