  • Partner with Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to develop and refresh enhanced content, including A+ content, brand stores, and video assets
  • Collaborate with Web and UX teams to continuously improve Frida’s owned e‑commerce experience (Shopify), enhancing usability and conversion
  • Troubleshoot and resolve retailer issues by managing support tickets and ensuring timely resolution
  • Execute promotional plans, ensuring accurate setup, alignment with inventory, and flawless execution during key events
  • Maintain up‑to‑date compliance documentation and ensure adherence to retailer requirements
  • Track, analyze, and report on key e‑commerce performance metrics; identify opportunities to improve conversion and sales
  • Develop and implement best practices across platforms to continuously improve digital shelf performance and operational efficiency
  • Support additional e‑commerce initiatives and cross‑functional projects as the business evolves

  • Hands‑on experience with Amazon (Vendor Central and/or Seller Central) and other major U.S. online retailers
  • Experience with Shopify or other DTC platforms preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital shelf fundamentals, PDP optimization, and online merchandising
  • Experience managing retailer media platforms (e.g., Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect) is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable working with data to drive decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment in which requirements & priorities constantly change
