Brief Summary: As a data-driven Retail E-Commerce & Channel Catalog Manager you will lead digital product lifecycle, online performance optimization, and omnichannel execution across national retail partners. This role owns online assortment, product life cycle, and catalog integrity.

1. Own online assortment across retail partner websites and internal platforms

2. Optimize product listings for conversion rate, search visibility (SEO), and customer engagement

3. Discontinue SKU's as they become obsolete.

4. Improve digital content including imagery, enhanced content modules, specifications, and installation resources

5. Monitor and analyze KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and inventory performance

6. Identify opportunities to improve ranking, reduce friction, and increase digital sell-through Product Launch & Catalog Management

7. Lead product launches including working with designers to curate new lines, content development, and SKU setup

8. Ensure accurate onboarding of new SKUs into retailer systems and PIM platforms

9. Oversee ongoing catalog maintenance, audits, and data integrity across all digital channels

10. Conduct regular quality checks to resolve discrepancies in product data, imagery, attributes, and specifications Cross-Functional Leadership

11. Serve as the primary liaison between sales, purchasing and design

12. Provide data-driven insights to executive leadership on digital growth opportunities

13. Align product development and sourcing strategy with online demand trends

14. Other duties as assigned
