In the role of eCommerce Business Development Manager, B2B working in Chicago, you will be part of the B2B eCommerce team reporting to the Senior Manager, B2B eCommerce.  The eCommerce Business Development Manager, B2B will lead projects that accelerate Molson Coors eCommerce business strategies and priorities in two regions.  You will be a key contributor to developing the eCommerce practice at Molson Coors and influencing how the field organization and our distributors evolve go-to-market capabilities.  

This position works closely with sales, field marketing, advanced analytics, sales technology and other cross functional teams.  

What You’ll Be Brewing:

  • Build best practices in B2B content, marketing, data and technology  
  • Build and execute plans with priority distributors/regions to grow digital penetration (goals, initiatives, measurement, QBRs) 
  • Exhibit strong analytical fluency (Excel + dashboards); able to translate data into field-ready actions and measurable business impact 
  • Understand and prioritize opportunities to segment retailer outreach and address retailer needs on B2B eCom portals.  Advocate for features and technologies that serve those needs. 
  • Ensure our product marketing and content is best in class at each of distributors, driving remediation as needed 
  • Work as part of a team to identify and implement digital marketing technologies that reach retailers at scale  
  • Be a collaborator and a conduit to identify needs within your region, communicate those opportunities to the greater organization and then bring solutions back to the field.   
  • Manage agency scope & budgets including building annual scope plan requirements 
  • Travel at 20% through the West and South Central US 
  • Role is 4 days in office in the Chicago headquarters

  • You have owned relationships with customers, identifying and collaboratively building based on key business needs.   
  • You understand eCommerce data and can optimize accordingly.  You can communicate insights to all levels of stakeholders.   
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.  You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy.  You thrive in ambiguity and can demonstrate success without all the answers or data. 
  • You have a strong bias for action.  You identify a problem, understand prioritization and mobilize to solve it. 
  • You respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results from your team through respect and development 
  • You are a skilled negotiator focused on the client; your constant curiosity fosters your innovative style and you can equally execute ideas given to you

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $109,100.00 - $143,200.00 (posting salary range) + 15target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
