Manager of Ecommerce

Position title - Manager of Ecommerce

Reports to - Chief Operating Officer

Classification - Full-Time / Exempt / Salaried / On-Site

Our rapidly growing RangeUSA.com business is looking for a sales-driven Ecommerce manager to support our continued growth, enhanced customer journey, and expanded reach. This includes short-term and long-term goal setting, prioritization and identification of customer enhancements, effectiveness of sales programs and content, expanded product assortment, and traffic funnel enhancements.

Key responsibilities

  • Support key performance indicators ensuring the Ecommerce business meets revenue, conversion, and traffic targets
  • Provide expertise on current ecommerce best practices, including trend analysis and competitive benchmarking; put insights into action.
  • Own the Ecommerce platform roadmap and technical backlog, managing enhancements, integrations, and vendor/dev work from requirements through go-live, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience
  • Lead cross-functional Ecommerce projects (platform upgrades, new features, integrations) from scoping through go-live, using formal project management practices to manage timelines, risk, and stakeholder alignment
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure the platform supports digital marketing campaigns and channel initiatives (landing pages, promo mechanics, tagging/tracking implementation)
  • Analyze site engagement and funnel data to identify conversion barriers and prioritize platform/UX improvements; partner with Merchandising on execution.
  • Use data analytics to track performance to goals and identify opportunities for business development across segments of the company
  • Manage relationships with Ecommerce technology vendors/agencies (platform, POS integration, payment, search) including SLAs, roadmaps, and issue resolution
  • Work Closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure order processing best practices and efficiencies

Desired skills & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Accounting/Finance, or Supply Chain.
  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience in a Project Management, Marketing, Merchandising, or Ecommerce role
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
  • The ability to do the work, as well as drive strategy behind it
