Job Title: Ecommerce Business Systems Analyst

Location: Richardson, TX

Duration: 6+ Months

Primary Skills: SAP Applications, Ecommerce Platforms, Hybris eCommerce is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on gathering requirements, system configuration, and customization.
  • Extensive experience in business analysis for eCommerce platforms such as Hybris, Shopify, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce, or Adobe Commerce.
  • Demonstrates a strong blend of functional and technical expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, understand, and translate business requirements into user stories or use cases for technical teams.
  • Analyze requirements to enhance eCommerce websites and optimize user experiences.
  • Provide functional expertise and insights during design discussions.
  • Design user interaction models, workflows, and interfaces to ensure intuitive user experiences.
  • Effectively communicate complex ideas in a simple, clear manner.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and adhere to relevant standards.
  • Manage relationships with both internal and external partners to drive project success.
  • Ensure solutions align with the organization's long-term IT strategy.
