As an Assistant Drive Up & Go Supervisor, you'll support daily online grocery and order fulfillment operations, lead a team, and help deliver a "just like you picked it" customer experience. This role is ideal for candidates with retail, grocery, or eCommerce leadership experience looking to advance in a fastpaced environment.

This is an instore (nonremote) position requiring physical presence to support order fulfillment, team leadership, and realtime customer needs. 
 

Main responsibilities:

  • Support daily eCommerce and online grocery operations, ensuring accurate picking, quality products, and ontime order fulfillment
  • Coach, train, and support eCommerce shoppers and store associates
  • Drive customer satisfaction, order accuracy, and retention metrics
  • Manage order volume, labor scheduling, and staffing levels
  • Monitor department KPIs and performance metrics; provide coaching and feedback
  • Resolve customer issues, order adjustments, and service concerns
  • Ensure food safety, product quality, and order accuracy standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized department and communicate with store leadership during peak business periods  

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

  • Soft skills: Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills with a customerfocused mindset and ability to thrive in a fastpaced retail environment  
  • Competencies: Experience in retail, grocery, eCommerce, or order fulfillment, with the ability to manage priorities, scheduling, and operational workflows  
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of food safety standards, online grocery fulfillment processes, and customer service best practices  
  • Abilities: Ability to make realtime decisions, solve problems quickly, lift 25-50 lbs, and work on your feet while motivating a team to meet performance goals  
  • Educational requirements: High School Diploma or GED required  
  • Travel requirements: Occasional travel for training or business needs  
  • Other requirements: Availability for fulltime hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak business periods
