Job description:
The Store Manager, eCommerce is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and overall performance of west coast artists' and labels' eCommerce stores. This role works cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to execute daily product activations, new store launches, and the timely receipt and fulfillment of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of 60+ eCommerce stores for artists and labels.
Serve as the primary support resource for the Senior Store Manager, eCommerce, and assist additional west coast label rosters as needed.
Set up and launch new artist and label stores, as well as new product releases.
Update and maintain product information, including titles, descriptions, images, and other content within the eCommerce platform.
Integrate third-party applications and sales channels to support print-on-demand fulfillment and additional revenue opportunities.
Create product and shipping discounts and execute store-wide promotional events.
Ensure storefront merchandising, taxonomy, and functionality are optimized to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Coordinate the timely distribution of digital music for artists and labels.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product restocks as needed.
Collaborate with marketing, technology, and creative services teams to execute key campaigns across storefronts.
Partner with logistics, order management, and fulfillment teams to ensure timely product delivery and order fulfillment.
Maintain positive working relationships with labels, partners, and third-party vendors.
Work closely with the customer service team to communicate store updates, product delays, quality issues, and other relevant information to support an excellent customer experience.
Analyze weekly inventory and sales reports and provide updates to clients as needed.
Use inventory and sales data to recommend storefront enhancements that improve revenue, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Monitor, validate, and submit weekly chart reporting data for album scans.
Review data warehouse reports to investigate and resolve order and fulfillment issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve both backend and frontend eCommerce issues as they arise.
Be available outside of normal business hours when required.
