  • Pull and analyze data (ticket volumes, storefront performance, request patterns) to surface insights that inform prioritization
  • Help prepare stakeholder updates, documentation, and materials for reviews
  • Participate in agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

What you'll bring:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - you can take a messy problem and write it up clearly
  • Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple workstreams
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data and drawing conclusions from it
  • Curiosity about e-commerce, digital products, and how online storefronts work
  • Collaborative and proactive - you ask questions and follow through
  • Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools (spreadsheets, docs, project trackers)

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools
  • Interest in or coursework related to e-commerce, UX, or software development
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other commerce/CRM platforms
  • Basic understanding of agile/scrum methodology
