Shipping Associates also inspect packages for damage, track inventory, and may operate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks. Their role is essential in ensuring that products reach customers efficiently and in good condition.

Shipping Associates often encounter challenges such as handling tight deadlines, managing high volumes of packages, and ensuring accurate documentation for each shipment.
