Hours: Flexible, including potential weekend work. Shift is 9:30 am - 6:00 pm.

Summary:
Join our fast-paced, dynamic shipping department where precision, organization, and customer service are key. As a Warehouse Shipping Associate, you'll play a crucial role in fulfilling daily customer orders, managing incoming products, and maintaining an organized inventory. This is a hands-on position that requires accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to meet internal and external customer demands on time. Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving & Inspection: Unpack, inspect, and document incoming products and materials. Ensure accuracy and maintain proper records.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on accuracy and care.
  • Inventory Management: Organize parts shelves, perform cycle counts, and assist with pre-planned projects.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring adherence to 5S standards.
  • Documentation: Accurately input data into inventory systems and distribute relevant paperwork to management.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.
  • Ability to lift 50-70 lbs. and perform physical tasks (bending, squatting, etc.).
  • Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer systems.
  • Forklift experience and a valid driver's license are preferred.
