Job description

Position OverviewThe Store Associate is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the store by ensuring accurate product handling, excellent customer service, and safe, efficient operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ideally epoxy-related product knowledge. The Store Associate plays a critical role in both in-store contractor support and online order fulfillment, contributing directly to the success of store operations.

Key Responsibilities Report directly to the Store Manager and support daily operational needs. Perform daily store duties, including customer support, stocking incoming product, unloading deliveries, and maintaining facility cleanliness. Accurately process order entry and provide outstanding customer service to contractors and walk-in customers.

Ensure efficient and accurate receiving, storing, and shipping of products. Monitor inventory levels, perform regular audits, and maintain records using store management systems. Collaborate with the E-commerce team to fulfill online orders in a timely and accurate manner.

Safely operate and learn all store equipment; enforce safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance. Coordinate with other departments to meet customer demands and resolve issues. Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.

Provide customer-facing support by assisting contractors with purchases and product inquiries. Always ensure store cleanliness inside the store and outside. .
